Alarm Response

The Alarm Response/Keyholding Service operates independently from our other Security Divisions.

This means that our fully trained, and Security Industry Association licensed Response Operatives, will be ready to respond to any alarm activation immediately.

Our Keyholding Service provides an "unlocking and locking" service throughout the West Midlands region. We are able to open your premises, unset the alarms and activate a secure electronic entry system for your staff to use when they arrive. In the evening, our licensed Guard can return to the premises, ensure that all doors and windows are properly secured, and, on leaving, set your alarm system.

In the event of an emergency, the Response Operative can, upon your advice, call on the services of a licensed Security Guard to protect your premises in the event that it cannot be re-secured.
